Pay: $13.00 per hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Overtime: Possible based on business needs

Openwork is hiring Production Workers for a growing packaging manufacturer in Northwest Houston. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble, package, and label products according to work instructions.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the production area.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
• Help with general production and warehouse duties as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to cross-train and assist in different production areas.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed based on business demands.
