AO is seeking a motivated Client Services Representative to join our growing remote team. What You'll Do
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support.
- Educate clients on benefits and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
