Senior Data Scientist w/ Supply Chain Management and Optimization

They need

o Machine learning modeling especially in the Sales and Marketing areas of Supply Chain, Demand Forecasting, inventory/logistics optimization

o Hands-on coding expertise in python, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks

o Have productionalize ML solutions and not just built prototypes (MLOps).

o experience working with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, prioritize use cases, communicate ROI and impact

o experience working in early-stage / immature data environments and help shape data inputs for modeling

o Azure platform experience (Fabric, Synapse)

o recent experience in the past three years deploying AI at scale or driving measurable impact

o recent use case (RAG chatbot) with clear business value

o a structured methodology for building capabilities or prioritizing use cases

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in supply chain management and expertise in both developing and deploying machine learning models into production for end user consumption

5+ years of experience as a data scientist, with a strong focus on supply chain management and problem-solving.

Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models utilizing the Microsoft technology stack (Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure Synapse Analytics) to solve supply chain challenges, including demand forecasting, optimization, and logistics planning.

Work with architects to deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration with existing systems.
