- HYBRID schedule, possibility for REMOTE for the Securities role

- Billables: 1800, Min bonus + discretionary on performance/billables
- Sophisticated work, with smaller firm feel
- The ideal candidate will have experience in M&A as well as general corporate matters.
- Candidates must have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a strong academic background.
