Litigation Docketing Administrator - Minneapolis, MN

Overview We are seeking a Litigation Docketing Administrator to join our Litigation team. This position can also be remote. Key Responsibilities Monitor federal and state court dockets. Research and calculate rules-based litigation deadlines in multiple jurisdictions in order to docket and enter information into the firm's docketing system. Respond to individual requests regarding specific calendar reports and calculation questions. Special projects and duties as assigned. Ideal Candidates Will Have 5+ years of recent litigation experience, preference given to candidates with litigation docketing experience using a rules-based docketing software. Experience with Minnesota courts a plus. Experience with database management, data entry control, and reporting. Recent experience docketing and/or supporting litigation in multiple states, both Federal districts and State jurisdictions. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, with superb attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of firm personnel. Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment. Self-starter who values collaboration with their team. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $65,000-$75,000. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
