Senior Litigation Counsel

Leading significant litigation and regulatory enforcement matters, the full-time Senior Litigation Counsel will shape strategy, advise senior leadership on legal risks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Lead strategy for complex litigation and regulatory enforcement matters from pre-litigation through resolution Advise senior leadership on legal risks, enforcement trends, and business impacts, particularly in fintech and data use Manage outside counsel and engage on critical aspects of litigation, including legal strategy and discovery Required qualifications J.D. and active bar membership 10+ years of litigation experience at a leading law firm, government agency, or in-house Experience leading complex litigation and/or regulatory enforcement matters Expertise in class actions, commercial disputes, privacy, and financial regulatory enforcement issues Experience in litigation for a public company, including financial reporting and governance obligations
