Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Long-Term Care travel assignment in Bedford, New Hampshire. Start date 06/14/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,218-$1,265 per week. Guaranteed hours 40 per week. Shift 5x8 Days (07:00–15:30). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This travel - temporary assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in long-term care, including medication administration per order, wound care, and treatments.
- Monitor and document resident status, vital signs, and response to interventions; report changes to the supervising RN/MD.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort.
- Collaborate with the care team to implement and adjust care plans; participate in rounds and care conferences.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control, proper medication reconciliation, and accurate charting.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on a 5x8 schedule.
- Availability for a travel assignment starting 06/14/2026 for 8 weeks.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting is preferred.
