Meat Cutter

Meat Cutter Location: Portland, Oregon Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Meat Cutter to fill a full-time position with our client located in Portland, OR . The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in meat cutting and processing, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to support general warehouse operations when necessary. Primary Responsibilities Perform the cutting, trimming, and preparation of meat products according to established specifications Utilize knives and various types of meat processing machinery in a safe and effective manner Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards Assist with warehouse tasks, including inventory handling and general labor support Consistently adhere to company and industry safety guidelines Qualifications Meat cutting experience is required Proficient in the use of meat processing equipment Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment Position Benefits Stable, full-time weekday schedule (no weekend shifts) Competitive hourly wage based on experience Opportunity to work with a reputable and established local employer About us: About us: Express Employment Professionals work with job seekers to help find the right job for their skills and experience.
