Office Administrator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations in our warehouse. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to handle administrative tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Manage data entry, documentation, and filing
Communicate with warehouse staff and management
Assist with inventory records and reports
Support other office-related tasks as needed

Requirements

Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Basic computer skills and proficiency in:

Excel
Word
PowerPoint
Gmail
Google Drive

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Preferred Qualifications

Previous office or related work experience
Bachelor's degree or above preferred
