Position Overview:
Bizzetta are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. You will engage with customers through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring their inquiries and issues are handled promptly and efficiently. 

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer problems and improve service quality.
