What You'll Do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials
• Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment schedules, priorities, delays, and logistics updates
• Work directly with truck drivers and warehouse employees during loading and unloading activities
• Label pallets and prepare shipments according to customer and carrier requirements
• Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies, damaged freight, incorrect materials, or documentation issues
• Support warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with inventory, warehouse, or MRP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment with varying temperatures, warehouse traffic, and equipment movement
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require
