Through our community program "SNIPES serves" and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture.Overview: The Stock Personnel will maintain a well-organized stock room to ensure product is easily located, inventory is accurate, provide efficient customer service, and maintain a safe environment.Responsibilities:Responsible for contributing to efforts in the store's achievementsDemonstrate professionalism when dealing with coworkers/customersMeet company standards for store appearance, performance, product knowledge, and store operationsEfficiently follow all instructions/tasks given by Management within a specified timelineUnderstand and communicate to Store/Assistant or Stock Manager on a weekly basis about the stock available and/or damagedUnderstand and follow store operating procedures and policiesEnsure shelves and stockroom is fully stocked, well organized, clean faced tagged and signedMaintain merchandise standards in/around the stockroomEnsure all hangers are separated and placed in the correct box/boxesResponsible for condensing styles and ensuring fixtures are in one placeMaintain a consistent awareness of the store's stock regularlyEnsure consistent awareness of the store's merchandise and consistent control of merchandiseKey Partners:Store ManagementHuman ResourcesDistrict ManagerAsset ProtectionQualifications:Must be at least 16 years of agePrevious stock or retail experience a plusStrong attention to detailAble to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysMust present a neat appearance and personal groomingCandidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.Lifting between 15-30 pounds.Skills & Cultural Success Factors:Enthusiasm for the brandStrong customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsGoal orientedTeam playerAdaptable and flexibleFast learnerDisciplined and self-motivatedNote: Job descriptions are used for informational purposes only, are not to be considered all-inclusive of responsibilities within a position and may change periodically with or without notice.
