Housing & Family Outreach Specialist
Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida
Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida seeks a Community Outreach Specialist to engage and support homeless families across Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. You will help clients access services, secure housing, and develop individualized plans addressing housing barriers and income growth. The role requires strong communication, collaboration with partners, and careful HMIS documentation.
