Strategic Account Sales Executive - Digital Power

We’re seeking a Principal Field Sales professional to lead strategic customer relationships and drive transformational growth. Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans for strategic accounts, coordinating resources to maximize results. Cultivate C-level relationships through consultative selling that emphasizes value-driven solutions and services. Lead negotiations and influence stakeholders across internal teams and external ecosystems to close complex deals. Leverage data analysis to uncover opportunities and align strategic initiatives with customer and business goals. What are the key skills we are looking for? Account Management — advanced level; orchestrating resources and strategies to grow strategic customer portfolios. Consultative Selling — advanced level; engaging C-level executives with value propositions that drive business outcomes. Negotiation — advanced level; closing complex deals that balance customer needs with business goals. Influencing Skills — advanced level; mobilizing cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver results. Financial Acumen — advanced level; interpreting financial data to shape account strategies and growth plans. Industry Knowledge — advanced level; applying deep sector expertise to position solutions effectively. Communication — advanced level; articulating complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders. Sales Prospecting — advanced level; identifying and qualifying high‑value opportunities within target segments. What qualifications will make you successful? Pay Range (U.S. based position): USD 161,600 – 242,400 per year, including base pay and short‑term incentives. Benefits Medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
