Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification required
- Experience or familiarity with school-based OT services
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and travel between sites as needed
- Effective communicator with students, families, and educational teams
- Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about student-centered therapy
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students in various school settings within Merced County
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to address students’ individual needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary educational teams
- Adapt to caseload changes and provide therapy both in-person and through virtual platforms if needed
