What You'll Do
- Provide respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostics care for ICU patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor patient status and adjust treatments accordingly
- Operate and interpret neuro diagnostic equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and communication accurately in electronic health records
- Float between multiple facilities including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan, based on unit needs
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Support patient comfort and safety during procedures and treatments
What You Need
Required:- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification and Indiana license
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, including 18 months in ICU settings
- Ability to work every other weekend and night shifts (4x12s)
- Willingness to float between facilities as needed
- Prior neuro diagnostics or critical care experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
