About the Role We are seeking a passionate and client‑focused Sales Supervisor to join our Grown Brilliance boutique at Tysons Corner. As a key member of the leadership team, you will help create an exceptional luxury retail experience by driving sales performance, developing talent, and delivering personalized client service. This role is ideal for a retail leader who thrives on the sales floor and is passionate about building meaningful client relationships. You will lead by example through exceptional selling, product storytelling, and client engagement while coaching associates to deliver a consistent, elevated experience aligned with the Grown Brilliance brand. In partnership with the Store Leader/General Manager, you will support daily business performance, team development, and operational execution. You will help drive clienteling strategies, sales initiatives, and store priorities while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and brand excellence. Hourly Pay Range: $24 – $27. This role is commission-eligible , with a starting commission rate of 2% and the opportunity to earn up to 4% based on store performance. What You’ll Do Drive Sales Performance Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching, floor leadership, and strong selling behaviors. Monitor business performance throughout the day, identifying opportunities and adjusting priorities to maximize results. Reinforce product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized selling techniques to elevate the customer experience. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Create meaningful customer connections through authentic engagement, product expertise, and personalized service. Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive customer loyalty and repeat business. Lead & Develop the Team Serve as a trusted leader on the sales floor by providing coaching, feedback, recognition, and ongoing support to develop a high‑performing team. Partner with store leadership to onboard new team members, reinforce training, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Lead Daily Store Operations Serve as Leader on Duty by overseeing daily store execution and ensuring the team is prepared to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Execute brand standards across visual merchandising, inventory management, shipment processing, and daily operations while maintaining compliance with company policies. Support store events, activations, new store openings, and market initiatives as needed. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales Leadership & Business Performance: Leads the team to achieve daily sales goals and key performance metrics through effective coaching, floor leadership, and commercial execution. Customer Experience & Brand Loyalty: Creates meaningful customer connections through exceptional service, product expertise, and engagement strategies that drive loyalty and repeat business. Team Engagement & Development: Builds a high-performing team through coaching, recognition, collaboration, and consistent reinforcement of brand expectations. Operational Excellence: Maintains strong execution of store standards, operational processes, and daily business priorities. Position Requirements 2+ years of luxury, premium, or specialty retail experience with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Proven success in relationship-based selling, clienteling, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and support team members in a fast‑paced retail environment. Strong product storytelling skills with the ability to educate clients and create meaningful connections. Professional presence with the ability to confidently engage clients and resolve concerns with empathy and sound judgment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to support operational excellence. Experience with CRM and retail technology, including Endear, Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to actively lead on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must be at least 18 years of age.
