In this full-time role, you’ll provide specialized medical support to a medically fragile student onsite, including travel assistance on their daily bus commute.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Washington LPN license or willingness to obtain prior to start date
• Experience as an LPN/LVN, preferably within schools or pediatric care
• Confidence and proficiency with feeding tubes and related medical tasks
• Commitment to supporting a complex caseload with professionalism and compassion
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI in accordance with district requirements
• Ability to work onsite and accompany the student on transportation to and from school
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with school staff, parents, and care teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 daily nursing support for a fragile student, focused on health, safety, and well-being
• Oversee and administer feeding tube care and other medical interventions as prescribed
• Ride the school bus with the student, ensuring safe transit to and from school
• Maintain detailed health documentation in compliance with district protocols
• Build trusting relationships with students, families, and educational staff
• Respond quickly and appropriately to medical needs throughout the school day
