Project Accountant

Job title: Project Accountant Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year Job Details The role requires managing billing and invoicing for engineering projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, generating invoices, preparing supporting documentation, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with project managers. Responsibilities Determine contract billing terms and requirements, review contracts, and clarify uncertainties with project managers. Generate and submit client invoice packages, calculating fees, expenses, and billable items per milestones. Assist project managers in preparing supporting documentation, such as timesheets, expense reports, and purchase orders. Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation for invoicing. Ensure accurate and timely invoice submission, meeting internal deadlines and client-specific requirements. Develop positive client relationships and communicate invoicing inquiries and discrepancies.
