What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality care for ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve surgeries, aortic dissection, and transplant recipients
• Monitor and manage patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient stability and safety
• Respond to emergency events, including being part of an "Emergency Team" when assigned
• Document all patient care procedures accurately using Epic system
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and hospital protocols during your shift

What You Need

• Active ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• ICU experience, preferably in high-acuity environments
• Familiarity with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and renal therapies
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to varying unit requirements
