Marketing Specialist- Mandarin Speaking

Main Objective Activate new users, increase orders for existing customers, promote online and outdoor market campaigns to increase branding visibility, conduct customer surveys to raise satisfaction, and manage new user acquisition, customer retention, and daily sales volume and revenue. Responsibilities Utilize social media to attract new customers and increase engagement with existing customers. Work closely with the design and content teams to build effective marketing strategies. Conduct market research, design campaign collaboration with KOLs and related companies. Plan and execute local market campaigns to increase daily average users. Collect and analyze operational and marketing data from previous campaigns, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Cooperate with the regional manager to expand and manage local market customer groups, maintain and enhance the company brand image. Improve user numbers and order volume through user operations and event operations. Collect, establish, and operate relevant market promotion channels, and conduct market activity promotion. Collect and analyze operational data, participate in developing market promotion strategies. Plan and execute online/offline market activities (including on‑site operations, managing part‑time field staff, etc.) and perform data reviews. Qualifications Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in e‑commerce operations, 小红书 & WeChat group operations, content creation, or influencer marketing, who have worked with local Chinese student associations and are passionate about local restaurant foods. Strong time management and project management skills. Systematic management of market planning, operation, and promotion channels. Creative with data analysis capabilities, and strong market and consumer insights. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.
