Busy escrow company in San Gabriel Valley is looking for professional experienced Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants.
Escrow industry experience required Mandarin and Cantonese speaking preferred Superior communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently under pressure. A high degree of integrity, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a strong aptitude for figures Responsible for opening, processing and closing of Real Estate Sales Transactions Familiar with the standard concepts, practices and procedures of the escrow, lender and title process Prepare escrow files from opening to funding, recording and disbursing of file Order and review title prelims Order Demands, HOA, Solar and other documents pertaining to the file within a timely manner and follow up as necessary. Prepare loan documents for Buyer/Borrower signing and coordinate loan signing. Package loan documents for return to Lender and authorize Funding and recording Resolve all post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames Strong desire to learn and grow Will require approval from the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). Must be able to work on-site at our office located in Alhambra, CA
