About the Role:
Join Focus Escrow as an Escrow Assistant in Whittier, CA, where you will play a vital role in facilitating smooth real estate transactions. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our clients' success.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of escrow documents and agreements.
Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders.
Manage timelines and ensure all parties are informed of progress.
Conduct title searches and verify property information.
Maintain accurate records and files for all transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the escrow process.
Support the escrow officer with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an escrow assistant or in a related role.
Knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and escrow software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
