Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active California physical therapy license required to start.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
Experience or comfort with 1:1 patient care model and mixed treatment lengths (30-, 45-, and 60-minute sessions).
Experience or willingness to use manual therapy and engage in patient education as core treatment components.
Experience with or willingness to train on adjunct technologies such as shockwave therapy.
Ability to work weekday day shifts. No weekends required. Typical schedules: 5x8 or flexible 4x10 for the right candidate.
Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable stepping in as needed across multiple clinic locations.
