Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, an Engineering discipline, or relevant experience 8+ years of experience in Architecture 6+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and existing software 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role Experiencing working with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code paradigms and related tools Experience delivering software in a continuous integration & delivery model Broad expertise in .net, Angular, SQL based system & software architecture design patterns Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an Engineering discipline Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Experience in Microservices Architecture Experience in Domain Driven Design Experience working with PII/PHI or sensitive data Understanding of Data Science and Data Engineering concepts All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
