About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide on-site hematology and oncology coverage at a hospital-based outpatient oncology clinic in Waterford, Connecticut, managing 10-15 patients per day during day shift hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or on a 4x10-hour schedule depending on candidate preference. The clinical scope encompasses the evaluation and management of general hematologic and oncologic conditions for an adult patient population, with no call or weekend obligations required. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the EPIC EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
