Family Nurse Practitioner – $5K Sign‑On Bonus We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high‑quality healthcare within Fast Pace Health’s scope of services. The provider will deliver care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meet patient volume goals, lead clinic staff, maintain patient charts, and adhere to federal and state regulations including HIPAA. Lead and mentor clinic staff (X‑Ray technicians, nurses, front‑office assistants). Conduct thorough patient history, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic data. Document patient charts accurately and forward as needed. Implement clinical and telehealth protocols outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians. Prescribe medications, interpret test results, and educate patients on acute and chronic conditions. Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training. Complete all mandatory compliance training and maintain knowledge of company standards. Act as a role model for company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness. Assist with onboarding of new employees, including job shadowing and training. Maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees, employers, and patients. Provide virtual communication support when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Work a minimum of four shifts per month; for full‑time employees, 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend. Additional Requirements and Responsibilities for Ancillary Providers On‑call duties periodically throughout the year. Experience Requirements and Preferences Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN). Minimum 1‑2 years experience as a provider in relevant practice (urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER/trauma unit, family medical practice). For new grads: up to 1 year experience (Level 1). 1‑5 years experience (Level 2). 5‑10 years experience (Level 3). Above 10 years experience (Level 4). Current License or Certification License and DEA must be active, in good standing, and verifiable with the appropriate regulatory agency. DEA required for all providers; may be required within 120 days after meeting state law minimum years of practice. DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment. Providers must be able to treat all ages and meet any credentialing requirements.
