Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Part Time

Join a Team Where Your Voice Changes Lives We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in a flexible part-time role (minimum 15 visits per week required) . If you're passionate about helping patients regain confidence, communication, and independence-you'll feel right at home here. Every visit is meaningful. Every patient interaction matters. And every improvement you help create makes a real impact. What You'll Be Doing As a valued SLP on our team, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
- Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that restore communication and swallowing abilities
- Support patients in regaining confidence through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care
- Teach communication strategies including speech exercises, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods
- Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week , with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you
- Flexible part-time schedule with consistent visit expectations

- A licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Passionate about patient-centered care
- Comfortable managing a consistent caseload of 15+ visits weekly
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Motivated by helping patients regain independence and quality of life
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist License
- 1 year of rehab experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Vital-Stim certification preferred
- HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
- Eligible to participate in the 401K with up to 3% match
