Human Resources Generalist Miami FL 33196 Duration: 12 MonthsThe Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leaders and associates, providing support across employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives. This role helps foster an inclusive, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR policies.Key ResponsibilitiesCoach and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership.Partner with leaders to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies.Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.Conduct employee relations investigations and support leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed.Analyze and report HR metrics, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.Strong experience in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Why TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
