Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients, addressing pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Completing necessary documentation in a timely fashion that meets both organizational and regulatory standards.
\n
• Employing evidence-based screening tools as guided by the clinical team to ensure effective client evaluations.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client needs.
\n
• Participating proactively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold service quality.
\n
• Serving as a liaison among various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate cohesive support for clients.

• Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to promote organizational initiatives and secure funding opportunities.

• Engaging in your own professional development through attending conferences, workshops, and relevant meetings, further enhancing the growth of your expertise.

• Promoting the agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of your work.

• Adapting to dynamic needs by performing other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:
