Hospitality Coordinator

Our client, a highly regarded global AmLaw firm, is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to join its Seattle office. This is a highly visible, front-facing role serving as a true brand ambassador for the firm and helping create an exceptional experience for clients, guests and employees. This role will be on-site in Seattle. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist clients, guests and visitors while providing a polished, high-touch experience Manage the reception and conference center experience, including room scheduling and meeting logistics Coordinate catering, food & beverage orders, deliveries and vendor relationships for meetings and events Partner with IT, Facilities, Security and other teams to ensure meetings and events run seamlessly Support visiting attorneys and staff, office access and day-to-day hospitality needs Serve as a key point of contact for the office and help maintain a professional, welcoming environment Key Qualifications: 2+ years of front desk, concierge, hospitality or client-service experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment Strong catering and meeting/event coordination experience is a plus Exceptional customer service, professionalism and attention to detail Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a polished, service-oriented approach #J-18808-Ljbffr Buchanan
