Job Summary

A growing aerospace and defense manufacturing organization in Orange, CA is seeking a Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being hands-on across employee relations, payroll, recruiting, leave administration, benefits support, compliance, and HRIS administration.

The Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers across multiple shifts, helping support a positive, compliant, and well-organized workplace. This opportunity offers broad HR exposure, strong partnership with leadership, and the chance to contribute to a team-oriented manufacturing environment where communication, accountability, and employee support are valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles, including candidate sourcing, hiring manager coordination, interview follow-up, and staffing agency communication.
- Administer employee leaves of absence, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA-related accommodations, personal leave, military leave, jury duty, and bereavement leave.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly employees, review timesheets, audit payroll data, send timecard reminders, and respond to payroll-related questions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in Paycom, including hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, training records, attendance points, corrective actions, and HR reporting.
- Support employee relations by assisting with communication, corrective action documentation, new hire orientation, benefit questions, company events, and employee concerns.
- Translate documents and employee communications between English and Spanish to support clear communication across the workforce.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Orange, CA.
