Our agency opened in 2023 and has quickly grown into a close-knit team of seven who work together to help customers protect their future. Before becoming an agent, I was a business owner providing financial services to small businesses, which gave me a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and customer-focused solutions. I’m originally from El Salvador, married with five kids, and very family-oriented. I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in engineering and have always had a passion for helping people build a strong financial future. That purpose-driven mindset shapes the way I lead our team and serve our customers. We offer life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan to support our team’s long-term success and work-life balance. Our culture is collaborative, energetic, and close-knit. We enjoy working together and having fun as a team, but we also set high standards for what we can achieve together. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a college student or someone looking for a part-time position in a professional office environment. Full-time availability may also be considered. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Transfer customers to the appropriate team member
- Take customer payments
- Make reminder calls regarding missed or past-due payments
- Take messages of customer requests
- Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed
- Friendly and professional communication
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Reliable, organized, and responsible
- Basic computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- No insurance license required
