About the Role

We're looking for competitive, driven, and coachable individuals to join a fast-growing organization as a Commercial Account Executive . This is an opportunity to leverage the discipline, resilience, and leadership developed through athletics or military experience into a high-impact sales career.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Drive net-new business acquisition within the SMB market
• Build and manage a high-velocity sales pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, pricing discussions, and negotiations
• Develop relationships with clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, transportation, and energy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity tracking

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
• Experience managing SMB accounts and shorter sales cycles
• Strong prospecting, discovery, and closing skills
• Competitive, coachable, and highly organized mindset
• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and modern sales tools

Compensation

• $75K–$85K Base Salary

Uncapped Commission

• $155K–$165K OTE
