Montgomery County is seeking a Planning Manager to lead community and economic development efforts under the Director. The role oversees incentive programs, regional business retention, and site/building inventories, with supervision of Economic Development and Planning staff. The position requires extensive knowledge of regulations and public administration, plus the ability to coordinate programs and present policy guidance to officials and stakeholders.
