Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Pay Rate: $19.17/hr W2
Overview: Provide accurate phone support for brokerage account inquiries, including cash management, online platforms, and general account services. Excel in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls on brokerage products and digital services
- Deliver precise information while meeting performance targets
- Support cash management, website, mobile app, and account inquiries
- Adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service setting
Requirements:
- College degree OR prior contact center experience
- Professional demeanor with a focus on career growth
