Job Title: Sourcer Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Sourcer to join their organization. As a Sourcer, you will be part of the recruiting function, supporting engineering hiring teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of ownership, a collaborative mindset, and the interpersonal confidence to partner effectively across levels of the organization. Location: Foster City, CA Pay Range: $60/hour + Benefits What's the Job? Qualify and understand job requirements to ensure sourcing efforts align with what teams truly need Source and screen resumes, evaluating candidates to determine technical and behavioral fit Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering talent in partnership with recruiting stakeholders to meet company priorities Map talent and drive sourcing strategy for a diverse set of systems engineering roles Act as a brand ambassador while delivering results in a fast-paced environment What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of full cycle sourcing experience Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit Tech and industry knowledge to understand relevant skills and identify strong-fit companies Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Genuine passion for the mission and a commitment to scaling a talent pipeline What's in it for me?
