Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is looking for experienced Civil Litigation Attorneys to join its Little Rock office. Candidates will collaborate on national litigation and emerging risks, engage in advancing tort reform, and shape the future of litigation. Specializations Employment Complex Commercial Construction Healthcare Professional Liability Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Environmental Toxic Tort Product Liability General Liability Responsibilities Collaborate with GRSM's national offices on complex civil litigation matters. Advise on emerging risks and contribute to tort‑reform initiatives. Take depositions, argue motions, and assist with civil trials in state and federal courts. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trial appearances. Qualifications 7‑10 years of experience in civil litigation. Litigation experience including taking depositions, arguing motions, and assisting with civil trials. Excellent writing, persuasive speaking, and teamwork skills.
