Warehouse Coordinator

Overview Daily tasks include supplying the production floor with raw materials, utilizing SAP and RF transactions to maintain inventory levels, receiving and completing material put‑aways after quality inspection, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and storing appropriately. Responsibilities Use SAP for essential job functions and coordinate bulk wire, sensor, or assembly activities. Perform cycle counts with high accuracy, ensuring physical counts match SAP quantities. Verify incoming paperwork for lot traceability and overall accuracy. Process raw material returns through SAP and physically put material away. Label and organize inventory storage areas. Examine work orders to determine required parts and materials. Pull correct material, count parts, and measure/cut material with a high degree of accuracy. Utilize FIFO method and maintain lot control. Follow company standard work practices and procedures, maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area, and promote 5S practices. Act as a problem solver, report issues, and obey safety rules. Attend regularly and predictably on site. Perform any other duties as assigned. Essential Job Functions Mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, use of all units of measure (whole numbers, fractions, decimals); apply basic algebra and geometry; calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Pass the application mathematics examination. Perform all tasks safely and efficiently to protect oneself, others, products, materials, and company assets. Operate with integrity, fostering teamwork and achieving job goals. Detect and respond to audible or visual alarms for building evacuation, shelter‑in‑place, and moving equipment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Wave Certification is required. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English with proficient written and verbal communication skills. Job skills: good judgment and decision‑making, flexibility in a fast‑paced environment, reliability and willingness to work additional hours on short notice, interpretation of written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions, basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP, participation in continuous improvement projects and 5S related teams. Physical Demands The employee regularly uses hands to handle or feel material for defects, stands, walks, reaches, bends, twists, stoops, kneels, crouches, pushes, and pulls. The employee must independently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and lift or move up to 2000 pounds using mechanical lifts. Ability to work at heights, around or with moving machinery, and operate mobile equipment is required. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Work Environment Operating in a clean facility with machinery, equipment, processes, and chemicals that present ergonomic, chemical, machine point of operation, and powered industrial vehicle hazards. Employees wear personal protective equipment such as hearing protection, safety glasses, safety toe shoes, and hand protection. Personal protective equipment requirements include ASTM F‑2412‑2005, ANSI Z41‑1999, or ANSI Z41‑1991 rated safety‑toed shoes, clear ANSI Z87.1 safety‑rated glasses, and hearing protection in specific locations.
