This outpatient community mental health clinic provides behavioral health services to children and adolescents in the Centreville, Michigan area. The facility operates within a structured on-site care model designed to support accessible mental health treatment for its patient population. Clinicians work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering individual therapeutic services.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual therapy services to a child and adolescent population during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week at an outpatient community mental health clinic. The clinician will conduct 8-hour workdays delivering individual therapy sessions, with initial evaluations lasting 1 hour. A mixed patient caseload inclusive of both children and adolescents is accommodated at this facility. No call coverage is required for this position.
