Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Developer to design, develop, test, and support real-time embedded software for aerospace and avionics systems. Key Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and support embedded systems software based on technical and customer requirements.
Develop software based on low-level software requirements.
Build, test, and deliver real-time embedded software to target environments.
Support system-level testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
Document problem reports and participate in resolution activities.
Participate in software design and code reviews to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership while working with internal teams and external customers.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Embedded Software Development experience.
Strong understanding of DO-178B / DO-178C standards.
Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python .
Experience with object-oriented design principles and development of new software systems.
Knowledge of aerospace/avionics communication and data-link protocols, including:
- ARINC 429
- ARINC 618
- VDL Mode 2
- TCP/IP
- ATN OSI
Knowledge of air/ground messaging systems and aircrew human-machine interface (HMI) design .
Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to work with internal organizations and external customers.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future company immigration sponsorship.
The company will not seek export authorization for this role.

Education

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field.
