Looking for a stable, hands-on role with flexibility built into your schedule? At Dynatect, our Assemblers play a key role in creating high-quality industrial products used in demanding environments.

- Choose a 4 x 10 schedule (Monday–Thursday) — enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
OR - Work a 4 x 9 + 4-hour schedule (Monday–Thursday 9-hour shifts + 4 hours on Friday) — start your weekend before noon
- Pick your preferred start time : 4:30 AM, 5:00 AM, 5:30 AM, 6:00 AM, or 6:30 AM

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble industrial products using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions and ensure accuracy
- Inspect finished products to meet quality standards
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals

- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and team-oriented mindset
- Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
