About the Role
Austin, TX job opening that’s ideal if you’re building a career within the insurance industry and looking for that next step forward with a large agency that has growth opportunities. As Commercial Insurance Assistant Account Manager , you support the client service and sales team with policy administration and daily service tasks to ensure timely feedback and communication on all client inquiries and policy changes. Behind the scenes, you will help with documentation, applications, summaries, certificates of insurance, invoicing, and other set up for new and existing clients.
Location: Austin, TX. Hybrid schedule available.
Experience: At least one (1) year of commercial insurance experience in a support capacity.
Requires: Active P&C insurance license + strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
