We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.About the RoleYou'll be our quality advocate, testing and inspecting everything that comes through our facility. Whether checking raw materials or finished products, you'll use specialized test equipment to make sure every product meets our standards. Your work directly shapes the reliability of products used in critical infrastructure worldwide.Perform inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products against all specifications and company standardsOperate and maintain reliability test systems including thermal chambers, optical test equipment, tensile testers, and Hi-Pot testersSupport product development through verification, validation, and ongoing reliability testing (ORT)Generate detailed, accurate reports with careful presentation of test data and findingsManage inventory of testing materials and accessories, and coordinate equipment calibration schedulesSupport creation of 8D reports, reliability reports, and first article inspection reportsWhat You'll BringHave an associate degree in Engineering Technology or a 2-year diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Optical fieldsHave 5+ years of industrial experience in a manufacturing environment (a plus, but not required)Are proficient with test equipment and reliability test systems and related softwareHave careful analytical skills and can generate comprehensive reportsAre willing to travel as neededCan manage multiple project priorities at onceWhat's in it for you?Robust health, dental, and vision coverage that starts on day 1401(k) with 4% match, vests immediately after a 90-day waiting periodFlexible PTO that grows over time10 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidaysMonthly team eventsShift differential for 2nd shiftOvertime eligibilityClick here to view our full benefits overview.We're building something big, and we want good people along for the ride.
