Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong home care background and be adept at delivering high-quality aid tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients with varying medical conditions.
Duties
Deliver comprehensive home care to patients.
Provide support and assistance for patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during care.
Qualifications
HHA certificate in the state of practice.
Experience in home care is preferred.
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating empathy and patience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
