UX Experience Architect- Finance

The UX Experience Architect will apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to shape strategic and user-focused digital experiences. This role blends strategic vision with practical execution, including research, usability testing, insight synthesis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is curious, confident in their craft, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving clarity across business, design, and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conduct ongoing user research to guide experience priorities and product direction. Develop and refine personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to support decision-making. Support experience roadmaps by connecting user insights, business needs, and delivery constraints. Partner with stakeholders to align on vision, goals, and criteria for successful experiences. Execution & Delivery Plan and facilitate usability tests, design reviews, and feedback sessions. Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into actionable recommendations. Identify experience challenges, determine root causes, and propose practical solutions. Support discovery activities for near-term initiatives and long-term experience planning. Translate insights into useful artifacts and guidance for product and engineering teams. Work closely with business partners to understand needs, constraints, and success criteria.
