Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Must possess a valid, current, full, and unrestricted license in Occupational Therapy.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Strong orthopedic skills.

Compliance / Notes

Orientation occurs every two weeks.

Housing application must be submitted two weeks prior to start.
