Why You’ll Love This Role Competitive hourly pay + strong commission potential 120 hours PTO (0–4 years) | 160 hours PTO (5+ years) Medical, Dental & Vision insurance options Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with generous company match Paid holidays Growth opportunities within a well-established property management company What You’ll Do Guide prospective residents through the leasing process from tour to move-in Execute lease agreements and collect deposits accurately Maintain tour-ready model units and a clean, welcoming community Conduct daily property inspections to ensure curb appeal and readiness Process applications, verifications, and screening requirements Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and residents Utilize effective sales and follow‑up techniques (phone, email, in person) Maintain accurate leasing and resident records Support marketing efforts, outreach, and local business partnerships Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and company policies What We’re Looking For Previous leasing or sales experience required (multifamily preferred) Availability to work Saturdays High school diploma or GED required Strong communication and customer service skills Tech‑savvy: experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Entrata and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) a plus Professional, polished appearance and attitude Reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑driven Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs as needed Stand Out If You Have Strong closing skills and a sales‑driven mindset Experience in high‑traffic or Class A/B communities If you're ready to grow your career at Nations Landing and be part of a high‑performing team in Nashville, apply today and make your next move count. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside Properties
