Mail Production Specialist

Immediate need for a talented Mail Production Specialist. This is a 06 months contract to hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Farmington, MO (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $18/hr - $19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST (Daily OT flexes based of mail counts. Up to 8 hr of OT per week)
• Work week: Monday Friday
• Open, sort, and prepare incoming USPS, UPS, and bulk mail
• Scan and digitally process incoming correspondence using high-speed scanners
• Record and appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, and adjustments
• Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors
• Perform mailroom runs and support warehouse operations
• Load/unload freight and handle totes weighing 3540 lbs
• Maintain accuracy and productivity in a high-volume production environment

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 3 months 1 year of production or mailroom experience
• Experience working in a warehouse or high-volume processing environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Inability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
• Meet established department production and quality standards
• Assist team members in other areas (in-office or remote) to align with business needs
• Open, sort and prepare incoming documents
• Image incoming paper documents
• Maintain appropriate records, files and processing documentation
• Assist team members in other areas to align with business needs
• High School Diploma or GED required
