Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – NC/compact RN license BLS 2 years recent case management experience in an acute hospital setting Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8:00AM - 4:30PM SYSTEMS – CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE START DATE – 9/28/2026 Facility Location Named as a must-see destination by Frommer’s Travel Guides, the natural beauty found in Ashville speaks for itself.
